Himalayan Vulture
Himalayan Vulture Gyps himalayensis is truly Himalayan vulture, native to the Himalayas and Tibetan plateau. Recently, it was wonderful to see them soaring in Kathmandu valley. These curious individuals are mainly young/juvenile vulture that spends their winter time exploring out of their breeding ground in the mountains of Nepal. Hope they keep soaring!
